SALON POLICIES.
We are committed to providing an exceptional salon experience for all our clients. To ensure that every visit to our salon is enjoyable and efficient, we have established a set of salon policies that we kindly ask all our customers to adhere to. These policies have been designed to create a comfortable and safe environment for both our clients and our staff, and to help us deliver the highest quality of service. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain these standards and look forward to having you in our space.

 



Cancellations

Please cancel/reschedule any appointments within 24hrs of your appointment. All cancelations received less then 24hrs will be charged %50 of scheduled services. Same day cancelations or No shows will be charged


running late?

Life happens we all run late! Any guests running 15+ minutes behind may result in changes to finishing style (might have to leave without a style). Guests running 20+ minutes behind might result in changes to schedule services example: Service Booked-Touch up+ Haircut = Service Received Touchup+Blowout.


Services

Not happy with your hair? Give us a call within 48hrs of your scheduled services and we’ll be happy to adjust any hair services, NO Refunds.


Retail

All retail products must be returned within 7 days of purchases, with more than 90% of product intact.
